Haleas Group Residents
Beginning October 1, 2023, Haleas Group entered into a merger arrangement with The Building Group with the goal of enhancing the services being delivered to residents. All Haleas Group management staff is remaining, and for an interim period of time, systems are being transitioned to The Building Group. At this time, all Haleas Group residents are asked to register for their new online portal account by clicking the Registration Button below. If you have already registered your account and you wish to make an assessment payment, submit a service request, or similar action, please click the Login button below.
Once you have registered for the portal, you will be able to make payments online, submit service requests, submit architectural review requests, view and download association documents, and more. We are excited to be a part of your community and we appreciate your cooperation and patience while we transition to these improved systems.
