Sales Instructions:
If you own a home in your Association that you wish to sell, you may add it here. Please refer to Section 14: Information on Selling A Unit in the Rules and Regulations to comply with the Association procedures. Necessary material, such as a completed Seller's and Buyer's packet as well as the required deposits must be submitted once a sales contract is signed. You may find the packets either in the Documents section of this website.
